Congratulations to Shannan and Matt Ballin who welcomed Fletcher Matthew Ballin into the world at 2.39pm June 17. 8 pounds 5 and 53cm long. According to mum (who is doing really well) 'He is beautiful'. Well with a mum and dad like that - who would have guessed!
