I'd like to see us continue at Cchurch ... any excuse to go to the Dux Deluxe again:) Also love the South island. Very nice place, super people and the best footy players on the planet.

Just hope you didn’t make your way to Cruz bar opposite the casino :p

I think it's important to maintain links to the South Island of NZ, which is currently untapped by any other Australian NRL clubs.
If we let this opportunity slip then I can see such rich clubs as Doesn'tmatta, Easts and the Dogs pouncing. And with Russel Crowe being a New Zealander he'd also be eyeing an opening.
The Canterbury Crusaders won the Super Rugby title again, underlining that this is probably the finest nursery in the world for football talent and coaching.
Let's hope that Manly sees a longer-term benefit from the link with this region than an immediate financial one.

A shame really. I didn't mind the New Zealand games and I'm sure head office to the players were happy going there.

Maybe someone else will step up?

Just thinking how many young Christchurchians have become life long Manly fans because Tommy or DCE or Kapow signed their shirt or said g'day after the game .... seems a shame and waste to lose the contact ....

Maybe Tourism NZ will step in ....

How about Aloha Stadium, Honolulu, great for one game with a special Jetstar deal

Interesting thought. Siro's old man was actually a member of their college football team in Hawaii before he decided on rugby league.....

Aloha in Football or Baseball mode?
