At the time of writing this there are over 25 people viewing this website. It'd be awesome to have a chat client within this site too for such times!

I have toyed with the idea before but in the end decided against it as chat, whilst a nice to have feature can detract from websites.

The content that goes through them is not indexed and often ends up meaning a lot of the content that would otherwise go into the forums is never seen again by people who were not in the chat session.

They also can be resource intensive.

I will mull it over more in the coming weeks. I need to get us across to this new server, switch the forum software we are using and then i will start to look at feature additions.
