can't submit article ...

I just wrote another article, it's about Tamou's switch of countries, but again have had trouble submitting it.
I pasted it as a notepad not word, but still when I hit 'save' nothing happens...

Very odd, there should be no reason for nothing at all to happen. I'll have to look at other ways to handle it.
