Sportsbet has us paying just $1.57 to beat Melbourne, and William Hopoate at $11 to be the first try scorer.

I didn't even think Hoppa was playing . . . and to have us at overwhelming favourites against a full-strength Storm after our woeful last game form staggers me.

Well I see they also have us at $5.50 to miss the eight, so all the doomsayers can jump on that and clean up big-time.

Ridiculous......I would NEVER bet against my team but I bet the money would be pouring in for the Storm at these rates

Well the betting agencies make their money from games like this. They wouldn't have us at such low odds for nothing.

Put your money on the Storm if you really want to, but i wouldn't waste my money. They have been ordinary away from home lately.

Saw that but i'd say if Hoppa if fit will come in. I dare say Hoppa might end up at fullback if playing and Robbo to the wing. But see what happens.

Hopefully.

Hoppa is around the same age Inglis & Stewart were when they burst onto the seen. They been good ever since they're debuts. Here's hoping he can show us something.

In Des' case he puts you on the bench and lets you SEE the game, but that's about it...

(By the way i love Des, only having a friendly dig)
