I was about to make cannoli but when I factored in the time I have to leave the dough to stand with the state of the bottle of wine and the time I figured hey, why do today what you can put off tomorrow (not required today and cannoli shells can last for a few months at room temperature in a sealed container).
By the way, what genius invented the Bye round?
