Just watched the game...my left field call to get us out of this rutt is: Witt to hooker in place of Chad: Chad's offering nothing. Witt can tackle, kick, and I reckon would be safer passing from dummy half. Someone compared him to Ferris, & yeah ...I think he could be a good dummy half. Burns to half: we need options left and right of the ruck in attack, and Burns is a definite option, excellent running game, safe passing game, good general + goal kicker. Monas to 5/8: options left & right of the ruck + has a good defensive & running game. Most importantly, he can pass left & right and we need hi wider to feed our fast backs.

Burns is a real goer - I just wish he had another yard or two of pace.

I think it would suit the strengths of the players better than monas at hooker with our current squad. Monas tends to play out wide sometimes anyway.

I have always thought Monas was better at 5/8th. Some good ideas Evo - but I am with Fluffy and can't see it happening.
