They have built a subway through to the Fulton Stand from the JT Stand, with a shuttle monorail, funded via Council/Sea Eagles’ ‘black funds’. That way Des can avoid the crowds, in a speedy manner.
Didn't happen, sadly Council only had enough funds for a wig and fake beard so Des can make the trek incognito.
Surely they can afford a segway for him at least
