Can someone explain why the papers and tv say the girl and Her father cannot be named, but Brett Stewart has been by both???

Whats with that???

Seems stupid to me, should be one in all in as far a being named goes or no one should be named at all till being charged charged for a crime.

she cant be named because she is under 18. Her father cant be named because it would go a long way to revealing the identity of the girl.
