Boreing

watching the Warriors v Rabbits game and there was another disallowed try from boreing in that makes 3 so far the weekend as there were 2 on Friday night with 1 against the Raiders and 1 against the dogs
3 in a weekend when it is something we havent seen for a while

Burrowing is what he meant, players trying to score from dummy half and running into their own ball player.

Yeah its very boring, at least currently those wins are helping us stay in top 4.

No, he meant what he said, although its spelt boring, but yes its when the dummy half "bores" under the guy playign the ball and obstructs the marker.

in this case Inu should have been ****, take an intercept and slowed down 10 metres out because he thought Sutton was the only chaser.

downright lazy, deserved to not score after that.

Yeah i was not 100% on the exact term, that is why i gave an explanation 🙂

If the player has bored through the ball players legs & the oppositions legs & scores it should be given.. The amount of effort he had to put in, to just get there should be rewarded.. what happend to players getting down low sometimes on one knee at marker close to the line to counteract the burrow/bore over..
Back in the day it would have been a legitimate try.. should just leave that rule alone..

Will we see the person playing the ball immediately get out of the way (stepping back in a planned direction, or moving forward between defenders) to increase the gap for a burrowing dummy half?

should have been a try as neither marker was square.

high quality game though, both the rabbits and warriors are good teams.

It's worse than boring. It's ugly and it's cheap, it's not worth a try. The person playing the ball should continue to out of the play and continue to have to stay on the mark until the ball clears the ruck.
