Where’s the backflip?Fulton was always going to be on the voting panel as an Immortal.This process has nothing to do with the cap situation and Greenberg has stated that unless Fulton is a registered official,he has no jurisdiction over him.And given that Ray Warren and retired journalist Ian Heads are also on the voting panel,I would suggest you don’t need to be a registered official to be a judge

So if Fulton had held an "official" position, was banned by Greenburg, as he said he would do, he would have been welcomed as an immortals judge? Don't bother answering, we can just agree to disagree mate.

Maybe there's no issue as he isnt selecting the NRL immortal. Players all over the world from different comps are eligible if they meet the criteria. Perhaps it's not governed by the NRL but a small influence in who they choose to be a selector for their sector/ division so to speak???
