BBL

BBL is not cricket.
It is all about the batsman. Every introduced rule favours the batsmen. Bowlers are cannon fodder. You may as well set up a bowling machine at one end, operate it for 10 overs then switch it to the other end for the final 10 overs.
If they want to make BBL more competitive (a) use a ball that swings (b) a pitch with some life in it (c) eliminate boundary ropes which reduce the size of grounds to postage stamps and (d) deduct 10 runs from the total every time a wicket falls. Getting a wicket has to be rewarded.
Currently rugby league resembles BBL because the attacking team has all the advantages.

Sounds alot like the NRL lol..
Tackle high.. you gone.
Tackle late.. your gone..
Tackle early.. your gone..
Tackle low.. penalty.. too slow..
Good solid old-school lift and drive into the dirt... Your gone.

If ur not a Superstar attacking player.. forget about it

The new rules are helping the young backs who are used to carving up poor defence.
Guys like Walker, Campbell Jnr and Reece Walsh are great with ball in hand but are dusty in defence.
However Sualli (sic) looks like he can tackle and from what I've seen he'll become a marvellous player.
