Cant wait for the presser, Oh wait, TBaz is probably already writing a list of excuses...
hes probably pissed the games not at Brookie because he would be able to add to the list
1- Cold showers
2- No chairs for players to sit on
3- No heaters in the coaches box and plastic furniture to sit on

the best one would be his players had to change in the carpark. LMFAO

I really think Barrett’s issue is that he doesn’t install discipline and boundaries on his teams/players both on and obviously off field.

Until he gets a bit mongrel about him and know how to have a hard conversation with someone he will not succeed in the NRL
When Brown slapped him it probably distilled his coaching strategy down to "why can't coaches and players be best friends?".

That's probably because as many Dog's player like to live, and socialise as far away from Bulldogs territory as possible, can't blame them I suppose.
It's like any management gig. You may have to fire a mate. Gotta keep that professional distance just far enough that the staff have respect but at the same time your approachable.

At this point all games are must wins to keep momentum up in the back half of the season considering our shocking start. If we match them set for set with completions then the backline should get us over the line.

As we saw againt Newcastle and Titans 1st half we can't just turn up and think the points are in the bag.

Much as I'd love to see the Gronks win back to back spoons (live every week on free-to-air TV) they're one win ahead of the dogs and look to have an easier run home. Barrett can get that second last spot if he gives his team structures and game plans that optimise their strengths and cover their weaknesses. He doesn't seem to be capable of this but - to his benefit - neither is Walters. The race for the spoon is starting to look a little like Monty Python's upper class twit of the year contest.
