Any decent performance tonight ?

Rather than look for scapegoats, because we could easily mention a dozen or more tonight, who stood up
I reckon Olakau'Atu played great, smashing players and bending the line with the reward of a strong try, but most importantly had a dig.
Foran I thought tried hard and got some attack in the right direction and tackled well
Paseka had a few good moments as did Marty, who also let in a softie and still not at the level of recent werks
Lawton also played solid and never lets his mates or the fans down....
Who did you think went ok - if anyone ??

Agree, Foran was best.

Haumole was a clear standout. Defended excellently with Croker in our red zone. Scored that try and then tackled a Raiders player shortly after who was in space and odds on to race away for another Raiders try if Haumole didn’t get him. The player ended up dropping the ball from being slammed on the ground by Haumole and we scored our 3rd try off the ensuing set.

I also liked how Harper went tonight.

Haumole was a standout… Foran good too.

Paseka was our best middle and Croker tackled his heart out.

Perhaps an unpopular opinion but I thought Walker went ok. He defended better than most and looked most likely when running the ball. He’s not a half, but he tried hard.

Guac, Kelpie, Frog and Lawton had their rings hanging out all night with all the possession the Faders had. Gave it all.

Foz was good considering and Lionel was good.

As I said many times on here . We should always strive to improve to keep improving as a team and as we saw tonight we have lots of improving to do

Foz Heman and Lionel were the best in a losing side. I thought defensively we scrambled well and given the amount of possession the faiders had we did well to keep the score respectable. I think tonight showed how much we take DCE for granted and whinge about his paycheck/ me included. DCE's worst game in the 1/2's = walker's best.

Well the naughty list (scapegoats), will outweigh the good list....and more to the point- to play well in a poorly performing team as in tonight, maybe deserve some recognition itself I say Bozo....I am very confident many will already have dedicated threads to the players who were ordinary, so this adds a difference my friend

Those players that performed tonight would have been very disappointed with the loss as it was a Home game and a game we should have won

The raiders had possession because he kept on turning the ball over to them including scoring opportunities . I said before the game that all players need to step up and be their own man instead of Tommys man and they failed to do so
We were favourites to win tonight against the struggling raiders and we lost

That young hooker Starling from the raiders looks like a star of the future . I think he outplayed Hodgson , That try he scored cut our defensive line to shreds

I’m assuming Marry is Marty who was involved in two very soft tries on our line. Couldn’t believe they couldn’t hold up that ****e player Williams very soft.
