can i presume speaking to Jamie Lyon right now is against the anti tampering rule, since he is still linked with Parra even though he is playing in england ? or would that not be the case, especially if his management have spoken to the Gold Coast Meter Maids

He's not playing in the NRL, for an NRL club, under NRL rules, simple. Parra gave him a conditional release, while he's playing for St Helens then Parra have no say in the matter.
