There is a game this weekend for supporters residing on Northern Beaches,
as the undefeated locals Peninsula Seagulls go for 12 straight wins against Mounties at Lake Park Narrabeen (Saturday 3.00pm). This all new Northern Beaches "All Stars" outfit currently leads the New South Wales Rugby Leagues Sydney Shield competition by 4 points having racked up an average of 50 points in each of their last four games. Mounties however are a formidable outfit keen on being the first team to "dent the record" so Gulls may not find so easy. Comprising mostly local talent, why not support the very capable "part timers" by heading down to Narrabeen for what should be an entertaining contest

Maxie fan club?....Maxie was injured however Willie B's been outstanding at half back since reviving the successful Narraweena A Grade connection (2010/11 G/Finals). With Harry Berryman & Jake Gearin best hooker options, there's no where else for maxie except A grade.

Fair call, Maxie started the season really well just assumed that they'd surely find a spot for him on the bech at least, Maxie pued well at hooker with willy bishop in the halves at weena! Was always a figure in the junior fixtures on the beaches (Harold matts, SG Ball) !

For everyone on here there's a dedicated seagulls page, it gives you team lists and live updates throughout their games ! P.s Andrew maxwell is my cousin ! Top bloke, would
Love to see him get back in the gulls team !

Maxies a quality player for sure. In an all stars side injuries at the wrong time can be costly. He is a bit unlucky however if halves or hooker cop an injury I'm sure he'll be back

Local supporters, a reminder with NO MANLY NRL this weekend, Lake Park Narrabeen (today 3pm) is the place to be where the truly local Peninsula Seagulls aim for 12 straight against Mounties in the NSWRL Sydney Shield. Most of these guys are Manly Juniors that will no doubt pave the way for future development. They would appreciate your support
