[The better Robbo]

After watching the 9s reffing it is so much more enjoyable not having a video ref. The second referee is actually being used more like an in goal ref. Bring back the old 1 ref system and 2 in goal refs along with the sideline refs and get rid of the bunker. Bring in a captains challenge and the bunker is only used in cases of captains challenge. 1 wrong challenge per half.
