I think @Woodsie had a thread about this already, suggesting we can save on Des's coaching salary and just get Cummins to ref us, with the same net effect.
The logic is hard to argue.

2019: 58% of games
2020: 35% of games
2021: 50% of games

We've lost more than won under Des, so the numbers will naturally be down.

The 9 straight losing streak from late 2017 to early 2020 was only broken by our very close 9 - 8 win against the Roosters, then back to loses under him. Cummins sucks.

Basically the inference was refs get intimidated by home crowd more than other grounds
