It's a plain and simple move from Fox to dig into 9's Friday Night Football ratings. There's no thought about the fans and people getting to the game / or being ready to sit down and watch at that time etc.

They simply slot the game in before the other one... then why would anyone in their right mind with fox switch over to 9 for the second game... they hold onto that audience from the first game. It's all about eyballs on screen.

God knows why anyone would want to watch nine if they had fox.

Before when the game was finishing and I was at work I knew it was home time.
Now I have 2 hours to go but it felt like home time.
Thank good for the NRL app and the free subscription from Telstra.
