Looks like Vaughan to Dogs.
Issue is he can't serve the 8 week suspenson unless he is contracted to a club.
Dogs are trying to sort out with the NRL if they can sign him for rest of year and serve the suspension this year and how little they can legally pay him to get this done, guess they have to sort out if he has to be in their 30 and someone axed or whether the rules don't apply with the covid changes to comp....

Belmore bound: Early Broncos release set to land Pangai at Dogs

Tevita Pangai jnr looms as the latest big name to join the Belmore rebuild with a release from Brisbane to take up a three-year Bulldogs deal in the works.
NRL.com understands that negotiations between Pangai jnr’s management and the Broncos on Monday night have the back-rower poised to reject interest from Wests Tigers to link with Trent Barrett’s side from next season.

Nine‘s Danny Weidler revealed that Panthers CEO Brian Fletcher had put a line through the TPJ move, declaring such a deal “made no sense” to the title contenders.

“We had a chat with his agent several weeks ago, he is a quality player but it made no sense,” Fletcher said.

“We have an excellent roster.”

edit - and then went out and signed him.

Looks like TPJ is set to join Panthers on short term deal for rest of year to help off set the 3 games Fisher-Harris will miss due to flying back to Sydney for birth of his child.

Milford could be given a life line at Parra with Moses set to miss some game time with back fracture.

These late season trades are bizzare

Souths star Dane Gagai has told teammates he is returning to Newcastle on a three-year deal from next season as the latest twist in the NRL's volatile player market.

Talks between Gagai and the Knights have progressed in recent times after the Hunter club had initially held reservations over the veteran centre's asking price.

Super coach Craig Bellamy is staying at Melbourne Storm for at least one more season, bringing up 20 years as the club’s head coach.

Storm and Bellamy are expected to make a joint announcement on Tuesday, ending 12 months of negotiations over his future after huge offers from the Brisbane Broncos and Cronulla Sharks.

MANLY CIRCLING TIGERS LEADING LIGHT

Second-rower Luke Garner has been one of the few consistently good players in the inconsistent Tigers side this season.

But the tall back-rower could be lost back to Manly in 2022.

Garner is close mates with superstar Tom Trbojevic, with the pair playing in the Sea Eagles' Holden Cup team that reached the grand final in 2015.

Garner moved to the Roosters the following year before making his top grade debut at the Tigers in 2018.

He's been a regular in the top grade in recent seasons and is still under contract for next season - but we all know what contracts mean.
