2020 Top 30 + Developmental players

So who will be there in 2020 and who wont.?

Zac Saddler. I've only seen him play once, in Flegg, and he was a standout. Big, mean, forward - just the type we want.
I note he was in the 17 for the Workers on the weekend, a match we won, defeating the highly-faced 'Riff side.
Obviously Josh Schuster is a must.

If we are any chance to hang onto Schuster he has to be in the top 30 and young Ben Turbo will be 19 so he should get a chance. Delicate balance and lets hope for a season where we dont get hammered by key injuries as we seem to have over the last 4 or 5 seasons!

Api gone, as is Hodko. I suspect Perrett will also be moved on. Rumours abound that Elgey is packing it in too. So that's 4 spots up for grabs in top 30. Walker ?? who knows.

Croker, Lachlan - we should retain especially with Hodko and possibly Elgey going

Funa, Tevita (??) - a year of injury it seems. Not sure
Hodkinson, Trent - gone
Hopoate, Albert (??) - will be a priority to retain
Kioa, Semisi (??) - the mystery man -
Olakau'atu, Haumole (??) - should be retained given elevation into top 30 this year
Parker, Brad - will be retained
Perrett, Lloyd - most likely gone I suspect
Schuster, Josh - will be a priority signing
Sipley, Toafofoa - should be retained
Thompson, Joel - keen to stay and should be retained
Walker, Dylan - we should be able to keep him on a cheaper contract I suspect

The likes of parker suli waddell jetski paseka boyle need to be retained or extended. Boyle and paseka have come good especially paseka and are good impact off the bench and will only get better.

Walker needs to be resigned obviously the turbos

Dce should take a paycut down to 1 mil for the love of the Manly so we can be successful and retain the boys we need to retain plus get the missing pieces to the puzzle. (Happily manly bring on the dislike )

If thats our 30 then season over. Im sure we'll do more than bring up a few players from our wooden spoon reserve grade side. Definitely need to buy atleast 2 quality players. Happy for the rest to be upgraded but that 30 mentioned has less impact than the squad this year.

Glad to read you've sacked Walker.
We need to replace him with a quality centre and a winger.
I think Miski performed well when promoted but Hopoate Jnr, Aukofolau and Funa may need at least a season to become First Graders.
I've not seen Smith play. I think he was injured for much of the season.
Doesn'tmatta have shown with their two Fijians how much impact wingers can have, so we need something similar. Jorge has been a stalwart but I think his time on the wing has passed.

The question from Bear was who will be there and who won't.I named the guys I would keep and answered his question,I have no idea who they would bring in for replacements for Perrett/Koroisau/Hodkinson/Walker.26 of those named were in our 30 this year and we have gone ok?
