Evidently Elliot is looking at moving to the ESL in 2021 in an effort to get more game time.

Should free up a little more coin.

Cade Cust is one of the NRL's up-and-coming playmakers - a youngster the great Andrew Johns recently called a 'genuine first-grader'.

The Manly youngster has been in hot demand for months but isn't going anywhere - he has agreed to terms to a new deal with the Sea Eagles and only needs to put pen to paper.

Source article...

Nick Cotric has reportedly shunned an offer from the Raiders to link with the Bulldogs on a three-year deal worth an estimated $1.8 million.
After a long negotiation period the Bulldogs look to have finally landed their first major signing with their $3 million dollar war chest. (gawd that's a stupid over-used piece of clap-trap)

“Nick Cotric off to the Bulldogs from next year three-year deal,” Channel 7s Michelle Bishop tweeted.

Canberra Raiders have lost Cotric to the Bulldogs, no worries, Curtis Rona could possibly be a nice replacement if the deal goes through. Happy days in the ACT.

DOGS TO PINCH MANLY GUN HOPPA
Manly are about to lose one of their best young prospects to the Bulldogs - if Trent Barrett gets the coaching job there as expected.

Gun centre/fullback Albert Hopoate wants to join older brother William at the Dogs and has a good relationship with Barrett from their Manly days together.

Manly want to keep young 'Hoppa', who played NSW under-16s alongside Newcastle's Bradman Best, but has had his career ground to a halt with two knee reconstructions in the past two years.

The youngster was actually considering emulating his brother's move to go on a two-year Mormon mission but has shelved those plans to concentrate on getting his football career on track.

16 year old Joseph Suaalii backflips on Rabbitohs to sign 3 million dollar three year deal with Rugby Australia (edit: RA now denying money amount - guess truth will come out later)

DENIED BY RUGBY AUSTRALIA
crippled financially by the coronavirus and having laid off 40 per cent of its staff, RA says promising Suaalii $1 million a year is crazy.

“Financial offers being speculated in the media presently are totally fanciful and are being propagated by the usual suspects whose sole interest it is to inflate and misrepresent contract values,” said RA interim CEO Rob Clarke.

“At this stage, there has been no agreement between Joseph, his family or his representation.

“Joseph Suaalii is an upstanding young man and a talented rugby player. We have made it no secret that we would like to keep Joseph within the rugby pathway.”

David Fifita will join the Gold Coast Titans on a three-year-deal, Mal Meninga has confirmed.
The Titans Head of Performance told Fox League’s Super Saturday: “It’s a great signing for the club... What a great acquisition for the club going forward.”

“For us it’s a huge kick,” Meninga said, but warned rivals: “It’s only the start of what we’re trying to achieve.”

The 20-year-old will ink a deal reportedly worth a record-breaking $3.5 million.
