I know it's early days yet and a lot can unfold from now til the kickoff of the 2019 season, but let's get it on record now and have a stab to see where we think everyone will place end of season fixtures in which we can reflect and see who of us are on the money and who struck out. Get on it.. boredom is a killer. Anyways..

Based on ladder positions only and not the grand final
1. Cronulla Guppies - Can't stand them, but may get there
2. Penriff Panties - same as Cronulla, but if Ivan doesn't deliver, could get sacked 4 weeks from semis
3. Melbourne Drizzle - Always in the picture, although depleted
4. St Merge Ilawarra Geckos - Promised but chokes last year, will be better for it, unfortunately
5. Manly Warringah Mighty Sea Eagles - Surely do the same or better than Baz in 2017
6. South Sydney Stew - Too many good players not to miss the eight, depends on who is coaching!
7. Brisbane Donkeys - Bastards should just get in, though would love to see them miss
8. NZ Warriors - They always miss out, and this time without Shaun Johnson
9. North QLD Cowgirls - Surely better than last year?
10. Wests Kittens - Where else would you put them?
11 Gold Cost Minors - Brian Kelly to lead charge up the ladder
12. Drug Castle Knights - Pearce to follow through with puppy this time
13. Canberra Panty Raiders - Ricky still is coach
14. Parramatta Slime - an improvement
15. Canterbury Chihuahuas - For bringing back the Bulldogs Mad Monday culture
16. Sydney Rorters - Salary cap rorting to catch up with them- at last

Whatever happens I just wanna see the Eels & Knights fight it out for the wooden spoon.........i didn't mind the Knights at one stage, however this love affair that everyone has with them lately makes me wanna puke! Buying players at will yet always have 2 million to spare in cap space & the Johns bros. talking them up as though they're sure things to win the title whilst rubbishing the credentials of other teams. In fact I hope they get the spoon & not Parra! $hit did i just say that? Oh yeah & Manly will be Top 4!!!!!

Optimistic tag i gave u ,is for 16 ( In the happiness dept ,this would run a close 2nd to winning the premiership for us)

So far we have only weaked our squad from finishing 15th.
We don't really now how well Elgey will work with DCE. Hopefully he can fill a similar role to Green.
It's easy to get caught up in Des coming back but how many positions on the ladder is he really going to change us....

I think we will finish bottom 6.
I think Dogs will win the spoon, especially if Klemmer goes to knights.
I think Roosters will go back to back.
He's been in the job 2 weeks and you expect a roster overhaul already?

Thomas Turbo - current Australian test player
Dylan walker - one of the best 3/4 in the comp
DCE - current Australian HB.

Those 3 alone if well coached (see what I did there) will be enough for a top 10 minimum.

Let's see we made it to 6th with pretty much a similar roster in 2017 .......

This year so far as coaching personnel and resources go we have gone from ...

2018 .... Barrett, Cartwright, Randall and Mangey .... to
2019 .... Dessie, Cartwright, Randall, Donny Singe, Ballin. Monaghan, Crusher Cleal, Sports Phyco and Sprint coach ...... and Dessie hasn't even begun to use Penn's credit cards yet ....

Finally a far more professionally resourced operation and any thing outside the 8 will be an embarrassment ......
