@ManlyMatt suggest we have signed Addin Fonua - Blake to our top grade team.

Not a name I know. But plenty of teams were chasing this kid despite off field issues. A Sogy Sao replacement is what you would expect.

If he is top 25 and we signed Isaac John. By my count our 25 is set.

Will need to be a release to bring someone else in.

Feathered friends I heard today off my good source the same one that said dce is staying that adam docker is on his way . Don't crucify me if wrong but he was spot on with dce.

No harm in giving Docker a chance at the right price! Ideally like someone bigger.

Rumour has been there for months that he would join us but it went quiet. Last couple of weeks Its been said he is likely to go to Saint George?

I have heard that he was signed with Manly but failed the medical, now going through similar process with the dragons and isn't likely to pass. Sounds like he'll either end up in England or be forced into retirement. Real tragedy as he's a great player and also one of the real nice guys of the game. Source: his brother.

Storm sign Blair for 2016
Melbourne Storm has agreed to terms with outside back Cheyse Blair for the 2016 season.

The 23-year old has played 44 NRL games across stints at Parramatta and Manly since his first grade debut in 2012.

The former Roosters junior and Kangaroos schoolboy will add versatility to Storm’s roster, possessing the talent to play in the centres or on the wing.

Melbourne Storm Football Director Frank Ponissi said, “Cheyse is a great signing for the Club, is versatility will add further depth to our squad and he has great size and speed.”

Blair will commence training with Storm in November.

Willis Meehan still remains unsigned for next season despite having his charges thrown out of court earlier this year. Possible trouble although seems to have turned this around with help of friends. Only 20 and a powerhouse forward may be worth considering.

Manly Warringah Sea Eagles have today released Jesse Sene-Lefao from the final year of his playing contract. The second row/prop was contracted with the Sea Eagles until the end of the 2016 season.

The Club has recruited several experienced forwards which has strengthened the depth and versatility of the squad. As a result it became clear that Jesse would receive reduced opportunity at NRL level with the Sea Eagles.

Jesse made his debut with the Sea Eagles against the Brisbane Broncos in round 1 of the 2013 season and went on to play 38 NRL matches for the Club as well as three representative matches for Samoa.

CEO Joe Kelly wished Jesse all the best for his future.

“While the Club is disappointed to lose Jesse, it’s important that he is given every opportunity to fulfil his potential with another professional rugby league team. He has been a solid clubman and ambassador for the Sea Eagles and we wish him all the best for his future in the game,” Kelly said.
