    Manese would have been our Cam Smith so he was a lost one for sure. Except for the Menzies group, Tooves, Choc etc, we have had few kids come through, except the current brothers. The Hoppa's were a chance but it ended up badly except for Lehi. Our juniors got smashed this year.

    Lost Samuela as well. We did sign the Large brothers and Joey. I've said many times why can't we find a young forward that will literally come straight into the top squad.

    Absolutely, I reckon he will become a star for sure. dom Y, Smith, spencer etc, all players we would love to have, and they just sound like cast offs like Waddell etc. Different salary cap?

    I find it interesting that the roosters can go and instantly get rid of players to get more eg Spencer, Smith and Young. The NRL need to watch this as it just sounds so dodgy. Maybe we need to do this with a back like Koula etc and bring in a gun forward?

    Joey has been injured and playing flegg. He's too small at this stage. Will need 2 years of gym and reserves to toughen up. He could have a halves future until 32.

    Joey needs time. Look at his build at present. He ain't ready and Large is another year at least. Just about to turn 19 and in his first year of league at this level. He could play for us for another 10-15 years. Just not yet.

    I can't believe we can't recruit any big, fast young forwards the past few years. Any decent kid would start for us straight away. We seem to have the same one speed props etc.

    If they improve big time, Fogarty could easily go to the SL with us shelling out minimal payments. We need a quality ready to go half. Brooks can't lead teams.
