Turned Off The Last Game After 13 mins

I used to look forward to Manlys Game Day. Now it is the worst day of the week. We are surely the dumbest team in the NRL besides Brisbane. The big question is not 'Can we make the finals', but 'Can We Win Another Game This Year'. We are Lazy, we are boring. How we can go from our gutsy finals...

Pleasantly Surprised By Manly Thus Far

Even though i was expecting us to make the top 8 prior to season kick off i am pleasantly surprised with our team performances of late, particularly our defence and enthusiasm which we have been consistently maintaining for 6 and a half weeks now. I would say at this stage we are certainties to...

Our Toughest Opponents Next Season - The Refs

We got penalised many times last year when we had our opposition ambushed in their own 20 late in the tackle count. The refs freaked out and thought no, this cant be allowed to happen in this day and age, and blew the whistle because of our over enthusiasm and utter and complete dominance at the...

Where Will Mighty Manly Finish Next Season

So assuming that Cartwright is our coach and our owners continue to be tight asses and make all the wrong moves and Hodkinson/Parker/Winterstein/M.Wright continue to be picked, how low can we go?

Look, Our Season Begins Right Now!

Forget about all of our pathetic performances thus far. Look, we had 5 or 6 really good games, 2 or 3 average ones and at least 10 really pathetic performances. That was our season in a nutshell.... ...But there is no point even acknowledging all of that now. We have 5 games - 400 minutes of...

Get Ready For Some Ref Assistance!

Now that the NRL have got their ideal, pre-planned and successfully orchestrated Top 8 fixed in, get ready for some legs up! It is not a very good look for the game having such a vast difference between the top and bottom teams and now the NRL will make it their no.1 priority to boost the...

    Throw in Lewis Brown

Yes he wont set the world on fire but he isnt as hopeless as Parker, Suli, M Wright etc. We wont be any worse off with Brown in the team. Might as well throw Perrett in there as well. Monetary punishments per missed tackles, % based fines based upon player wages.

Please No More Of This Pathetic Manly!

I had enough! This is reserves! This is the worst Manly! I keep watching this forever but am ageing badly this month! Will be an old man before 7 more weeks watching this pathetic Manly!

Let's Deliberately Kick The Ball Into The Refs....

...At every available opportunity. As a thankyou for their fair adjudicating. Not only will it put the refs off their game just like they take pleasure in doing to us, but it will give us a free scrum feed and extra set of 6 each time.

    Electric Currents Under Brookie Surface?

I noticed during that game, two penalties in particular against Manly in defence, the Storm blokes on both occassions were epeleptic fits overcame by electric shocks of some kind but when Manly were gently resting their hands near their necks surprisingly we weren't electrocuted like the players...

Hello, Manlys' Late Season Charge Begins Tonight!

Yes, after such a sad long season worth of sufferings, controversials, and not much wins, Manly seems to finally get their season back on track with an emphatic, dominant and purposefull victory against a tentative Storm outfit which somehow, miraculously boosts their confidence so sky hight...

    Defence Back in Order

Manly look to have their defence sorted out as seen vs Panthers so very good chance we could beat the Storm at home after the bye, then beat the Roosters at home and then beat the Panthers again at home. This is all assuming that our ball security is fairly good. There would be no stopping us...

I Am Back Here To Support Manly

I stopped supporting them for a week after the Dragons loss, but after some clearing head time i have decided that dumping them for one week has helping eased my frustrations and dissapointments and disgust at their last 4 games of football and now i am refreshed after the bye round to look...

We Can Still Make The Finals!

Never Give Up Manly! Let's go undefeated from here! Play to your strengths! Destroy the opposition!

We Need To Play Deeper in Attack

We are playing too flat and running sideways. Playing deeper in attack will create more opportunities and overlaps and give our speedsters more room to move. The likes of Kelly and Uate can create something out of nothing with their fancy footwork if they have more room to move.
