    Recruiting mongrel

I don't seem to recall Wolfman having glaring issues with his game - particularly defense prior to this. I can only assume he is referring to Wolfman as I don't think anyone else had a shocker.

    Caleb Navale

A lot of bite in his defense and good "leg speed". He's playing well.

His girlfriend doesn't have an arm tattoo. Your mate may be pulling your leg.

Keppie told to leave, replaced by Tigers Alex Twal

Zane Dunford is another young hard-nosed forward who impressed before his knee injury.

    Who do we bring in

Josh Curran has been told he is free to negotiate with other teams.. would be an excellent choice for our backrow.

2024 Rumoured and confirmed signings (NON-DISCUSSION THREAD).

Tigers have apparently signed 6 of our juniors from the 2021 Harold Matthew's grand final winning team including Roy Quiroz-Mapusua. On top of Fainu x 2 and Feledy its a big part of that team! Source - twitter

    Another Tiger? Aitasi James

From what I have seen this guy is huge and has a good carry. Needs to develop his fitness, but at 22 I can see him developing into a good player.

    MVP: Rd 25 v Warriors

Saab was very good tonight. He has really worked on the physical side of his game and is actually busting tackles off hit ups.

    Post-Game Discussion Warriors v Manly [Round 25, 2023]

Thanks mate I don't think we got the message after 6 of your exact same posts.

    The No-Look News (Schuster Chronicles)

He's injured, overweight or both. He was making busts and running in tries in 2021. He can't have lost that much speed in 2 years.

    The No-Look News (Schuster Chronicles)

Only Ponga, Walker, Drinkwater, Walsh and Hynes have more try assists on average this year. No doubt he has a gift, just needs to work really hard in the off-season on some of the foundational aspects of his game, such as defense and hard running.

Game Day: Sharks v Manly [Round 21, 2023]

Schuster looking a lot better today now that he is running the ball

    Pre-Game Sharks v Manly [Round 21, 2023]

Interesting to see that all reserves named on the extended team list are playing reserve grade today, except Gordie.

    Fainu Bros sign with Tigers.

Tolu is a gun but isn't from the West. Was a Souths junior before we signed him at an early age.

    Fainu Bros sign with Tigers.

Rarely makes it off the bench in reserve grade

    Latu Fainu

Latu has obviously not impressed the coaching staff as was seen by him being stood down from training and games (in all grades) earlier in the year. Samuela on the other hand worked his arse off and impressed. Seibold and co may have made a grave mistake in not jumping through Tartak's hoops...

    The No-Look News (Schuster Chronicles)

This is a good point. Garrick while doing an admirable job at fullback doesn't really pose much of a threat. Croker while being a champion defender provides little out of dummy half. It's unrealistic to expect one player to carry 3 others in the spine.
