Crowd figures this year have been very strangue. Unlike other clubs, it seems like we undercoubt. Impossible to get a seat on the hill today, sure it was closer to 18k. [hr] And apologies for the spelling. My phone is being strange.- Thehill

You also have to remember that the disparity between teams in the AFL is far greater than NRL so Manly losing to a bottom 2 team is like getting beaten by an 8-12 team in the AFL. Comparing Parra/Titans with Suns/Giants is unfair.- Thehill

If I just wanted to 'Watch Manly Play' then I'd watch on TV because it's such a good product to watch on TV. I agree. I go to approx 8 home games a year at the moment. If we played at the SFS I would go to 3-4 and if we played at ANZ 1 max. I hate that joint.- Thehill

Phil Gould Marketing Genius
I reckon Gould is doing a fantastic job for Oak. However with all the hype around the $1 hotdogs, $1 Oak milk and family fun day etc. I reckon a crowd of just over 14k is disappointing...Especially a place like Penrith where there's nothing else to do on a Sunday afternoon.- Thehill
