    To be fair to Choc, the penalty that he gave away which led to their try was a load of crock. He had his arm caught in the bloke's legs and couldn't do anything.

    We looked SOOOO much better with Menzies at 5/8th and Lyon at left centre. Continue with that for the rest of the year and have Matai come off the bench after a few games in the reserves to get match fit.

    Would we rather have Bell crabbing it up at right centre, or move Lyon to his natural position and see how he goes? I think he played there against the Tigers last year and set Menzies up for both his tries.

    Answer to our problem

    Over the past couple of years, how many people have actually been given a shot due to someone's poor form in the first team? (ie. not including those who appeared due to suspension, injury etc.)

    It was very disappointing seeing the Knights make 60 metres every set and us only 40, especially when Ballin is supposed to be the king of quick service.

    If we were to get him, he'd be getting peanuts this year but will then probably see the money we get from Menzies retiring and someone like Bryant being given the shaft for the years after. Highly unlikely though.

    We should be playing him like Melbourne are playing Inglis at five-eighth. Instead of being a play maker, have him almost as an extra fullback, popping up all over the place and creating overlaps. He's also got a decent bomb on him (again, like Inglis) so we should use him for that, as Orford's...

    Are you guys all forgetting he was the only person to outplay his opposite number in the Grand Final? I'm not his number one fan or anything, but if he cools down on his high shots he could be a real asset to us.

    Would he have the respect of non-Storm players? What would happen if he shows up at the Blues' first training session and teaches them all these dirty ass tactics, like he does with Melbourne?
