Comparing 7,643 at Brookie this year (with our season basically dead in the water) to 13-14K in finals at Allianz in 2011 & 2012 is basically comparing apples with oranges. Unfortunately, while we are not the only club that has had some poor attendances over the last few years, we will suffer worse than anyone else as a result of the move away from suburban footy. 2015 Premiers: Who and why?
I doubt I could ever be as disinterested in another GF as 2012. Des in his first season at the dogs after forcing Manly to sack him v Bellamy, Smith & Slater going for their first legitimate title. That was the only GF I have not even been able to watch. Last year was bad but nowhere near 2012.- Brookie Brawler
