    If we can somehow convince them to break contract then that’s amazing but realistically the focus should be on November 1 for 2027 IMO. Next year give Mafoa, Bryan, Laiafi, Walsh, Large etc a chance rather than pretending we are premiership contenders again. Then we can actually start building...

    Give a couple examples then that are off contract like I said… it’s all good & fun naming young players that would improve the team but if they are signed long term it’s pointless mentioning them like you’ve done with Fatialofa.

    Why would we lose him? He’ll be a starter at age 21 & will probably get plenty of time either off the bench or covering for injury over the next couple seasons

    Sad to hear Jake is still struggling with this concussion according to the journo’s on 360. They said it’s possible for him to be shut down for the rest of the season & they all agreed he should consider retirement

    I’ve been 1 of his biggest supporters & do think he’d hold his own if given the chance. He was still great in defence like usual & created some tries, the problem was he was playing ‘dry weather footy’ in bad conditions leading to a 3 or 4 errors. I’m sure he’ll learn from it & be better for it
