    I just hope that whatever rot is going on behind the scenes gets addressed in the offseason. A side that can beat top 4 sides should not be playing this badly at home, with all the ball, and the finals on the line.

    I'd like us to go for guys who can't quite crack First Grade behind a stacked roster, and upcoming players, rather than blow it all on a marquee player

    That would be 2027. By then Zaidas Muagututia and Onitoni Large might be in FG too. Not to mention Navren Willett and Hugo Hart. Our 2027 side has the potential to look very different to our current side. Hopefully for the better.

    We won't have big money until we downgrade the Trbojevics, which is 2027. We have some cash next year thanks to DCE leaving but not crazy money.

    If Garrick goes it's probably for the best. He's worth more on the open market than we can pay him without throwing out the balance of our salary cap, and by then hopefully Willett will be ready for the NRL.

    Yeah, you pick the 10 years before that (2005-2015) we looked absolutely fantastic. I think we can, and will, be successful again. Unfortunately the club has had to repair a lot of damage done by very bad management decisions, especially with regard to the coaching and playing rosters.

    I'm torn on this. He's probably better than Waddell and I think yesterday proved once and for all that we aren't winning the premiership this year. We are also pretty safe from the spoon. So I'd be all for blooding some guys.

    Seems like the shoulder was a ticking time bomb until surgery anyway so I guess the bomb just went off early. Hopefully he can get right for next year.
