I totally agree that Seibold’s biggest failing is recruitment. I get that he hasn’t had cap space to really go after some big fish but the panacea to that issue should have been an investment in youth. Manly Attacking Formula ?
Defences are so good at the business end of the year, that offloads dry up for everyone regardless. They’re handy but they’re a ‘round’ game phenomenon. Good luck playing the likes of Penrith and Dogs with an offload mentality because you ain’t getting too many.- LeonardCohen
