    Taufua or Whare?

I thought as a junior Tafua was a centre and also played bit of fullback?

    Foran's bruising defence

Most halves dont like the tough stuff but not Foz, I think he enjoys trying to belt the bigger blokes and he succeeds lol

    Which forwards miss out?

Its really only out of 3 in my opinion and that is mauro , harrison and lussick. The 2 that id leave out would be Mauro definitely and probably Harrison

    Prop and winger

Uncertain futures for off contract players

Also makes you appreciate guys like Matai n Choc etc even more as they openly say they want to stay at manly and Matai even takes a pay cut to stay and he is not the only one either just an example as I'm sure there are many. They are the people who il back til the end ! Money isn't everything...

    Rumoured and Confirmed Signings

RE: Rumoured and Confirmed Signings It concerns me that , we are waiting after origin to sign Brett as its his and his managements request i beleive but just means more time for him to go elsewere and same with Matty B, also more time Manly are potentially wasting not signing other players off...

    Lussick ends league career

I think if attitude is his issue going to a place like the eels will only make it worse. The decision has to be purely based on money. If he had stayed on at Manly in another year or 2s time he would of been the main prop in a very succesfull team. Then the bigger money contracts would also...

    Anyone questioning Bretts speed?

Yeah i agree , well its a good topic that we can talk about because i guess we were/are lucky to have a fullback who we can speak of with that type of speed. I love seeing him in open space pinning the ears back and scoring tries , hopefully its in the Manly jersey this weekend lol

    Anyone questioning Bretts speed?

Perhaps , but i spose its always open for debate Snake playing fullback carries more of a workload which could come into play. There are times were Brett has run around noted speedsters with ease or sped away from them over the distance to, can make an argument for both. David mead is young...

    Anyone questioning Bretts speed?

Id have to disagree. I dont think you would find many quicker than him in his day. Also when he first came into first grade one of the sprint coaches at the time said he could run qualifying track times for something or other cant remember what exactly so he is/was quick across 100. Also...

    Tim Grant

Thats also basically 10 metres per hit up he played opening stages to were everyone is fresh, thats decent. I thought he did well with the oppertunity he got.

    Anyone questioning Bretts speed?

Lets also look at who came from were and the work load of the players. Pretty sure I didnt see much of boyd all game and Stewart being a fullback always has more running to do and then still has enough gas to out run some quick players. Was awsome! On another note , so glad to see Snake...

Good point. They wont be able to work their magic if they are on the backfoot we just have to get them there and then keep them there for as long as possible!! Easier said than done, but the signs were there last game that we could get on top. Shaping up to be a cracking game tonight

    SOO 2

Haha so true. Yeah your right , if we can get the game going nice and fast up the middle and roll them over , we tire their big boys out and also the more time QLD are on the backfoot the more it keeps the players you mentioned out of the game longer.. in a perfect world that is! lol
