Re. Newspaper- If you were working out bush, cattle station or remote area work & someone visiting brought a newspaper from town. Blokes would nearly fight over it, it’d be read front to back & back to front. Sports results would be yelled out & spoken about. It was a big deal.- wedgetail eagle
