    Pre-Game Panthers v Manly [Round 6, 2023]

    I spoke with him at the Fan Day and he said he was tracking much earlier than expected. Last week he was given medical clearance to return to play, which is completely independent of coaching staff etc. Whilst potentially he could have come back via NSW Cup (same associated risks), all boxes...

    I heard Seibs on radio last Friday saying that he had officially been medically cleared to return and would be available for selection in the coming weeks so we'll see!

    Tommy T Injured - usa bound

    Haha! It certainly looks at it from a different perspective to that of most of us. Me included, I have seen Tom's output a little lower than expected, however when you read the article which clearly has put the microscope on his game, may be it isn't as bad as we think.

    Tommy T Injured - usa bound

    Really good article for those questioning his form and output. https://rugbyleaguewriters.com/nrl-2023/nrl-repeat-set-how-trbojevics-role-is-changing-haas-is-a-freak/

    Bullemor...-----> bullys more

    Obviously hard to see a huge amount of positives from yesterday’s game, but Bully again shows what he can do with his direct running through the middle. His impact is significant when he comes off the bench. He’s showing huge signs of improvement this year.

    Pre-Game Manly v Knights [Round 5, 2023]

    Yep saw that! Spoke about them pulling him from training, not wanting to risk it.

    Pre-Game Manly v Knights [Round 5, 2023]

    Who do you put in Tolu's place though, if not Harper (Someone that has played centre before and is within the top 30 and without weakening another position, ie shifting Turbo).

    Pre-Game Manly v Knights [Round 5, 2023]

    Spot on mate. It’s the change that ensures the least disruption to our line up. Garrick hasn’t played centre, Kaeo hasn’t played centre, shifting Turbo isn’t the answer. Selecting Harper is the sensible option for the month Tolu is out.

    Koula injured

    It won’t happen and this disruption to our backline plays would likely be too extensive to consider it, but I wouldn’t Goos thing is that it isn’t a super long term injury. Same injury Turbo had last year and he was back in 5, some come back in 4.

    Bullemor...-----> bullys more

    Forward pack has been very, very good to start the season. Another stat which showed how committed we were on Saturday, particularly in the middle was our missed tackles. Only 17 in total all night compared to Souths with 31.

    Bullemor...-----> bullys more

    Just wanted to give Billy a rap for another impressive stint on the weekend. 29 mins 118m gained 52 post contact metres Outstanding.

    Pre-Game Manly v Knights [Round 5, 2023]

    Whilst Koula is a blow, there’s absolutely no excuse to not come away with a win against Newcastle. We have a stronger forward pack and it’s a no contest when comparing both sets of halves. This should also be a game we need to see a confident Turbo. The Knights have been playing with heart...

    Pre-Game Manly v Knights [Round 5, 2023]

    I did. I just think they'll bring in a centre for a centre. I don't see them shifting Garrick from Wing at the moment.

    Pre-Game Manly v Knights [Round 5, 2023]

    I'd be surprised if we don't see Harper. It's the least level of disruption to the team, as opposed to moving Garrick to centres where is is untested, mate.
