Be nice to see the team grow a set and actually take it up to the Storm. Man haven't been playing well, but I can't help but feel our teams issues have all been internal. If some boys actually smoke a peace pipe, and start winning some things. It's a funny game.- double hoops

Yeah I actually agree with your sentiments about doing an apprenticeship being necessary. I guess the irony here is Mick Ennis's name is being thrown around as a front runner should the Manly job come up for grabs. He's always been a Skills coach to my knowledge, so again not the same Man...- double hoops

Des Hasler retiring
There is an argument the 08 and 11 teams won grand finals despite having Des as coach. But yeah more than a decade ago, he seemed to be able to get a team to a GF when you consider his early success at the dogs years too. Not sure he has adapted and evolved with changes to the game since...- double hoops

Manly might be a chance if the brothers do. Time will tell. Managers get involved. But when I hear they have such love for the club, well last negotiation time it took overs to keep both. DCE, hasn't appreciated give and take, the Fainu's haven't. Let's hope the Turbos are built...- double hoops

Last year plenty said DCE would have to take $650. Etc. I have zero confidence the AT MANLY features in the trbo want to win a premiership. They could easily move to an NRL rival with $$$$$- double hoops

Coach has showed something to turn things around the last few weeks. The loss to the Knights was more than a loss, what ever was happening behind the scenes, what was clear is the Manly boys just stank with funk, lack of effort and laziness. Reported in the Signings thread. That Aitasi has signed with North Sydney Bears before June 30. If that's the case Man must have promoted someone internally into the top 30. As June 30 is one of those dates a club actually needs to have 30.- double hoops
