Completely agree. It is clear that Weekes will bvecome a very significant member of the Manly NRL side.

    What was different ... observations

Think Manly may have some problems with outside backs depth. Both Parker and harper seemed to be slow as also did Vaega. Would not be surprised if Myers gets a run sooner rather than later. Although only 19 that is the same age as Suailii and Koula (last year). And what happens if and when Koula...

    Cooper Johns

Kaeo Weekes will surely be well ahead of Johns for a first grade spot. Perhaps even Jamie Humphries in due course.

Quick question- Hooker in 2023 ?

Having watched the current Finals series, it has become more and more obvious as to how VITAL it is for an NRL team, to be successful, to have an ELITE hooker/dummy-half. Penrith, Souths, Parra - all of the top sides, have dummy-halves who have SPEED, and the skill-sets to deliver bullet passes...

Quick question- Hooker in 2023 ?

The Nathaniel Roache trial is interesting. I know that Roache at one stage was considered by the Warriors as a potential superstar such was his obvious exceptional talent. However, he had an exceptionally horendous run of injuries which have virtaully curtailed his career to date. Definitely...

    The Vaega Bus Is Coming

No, Tuipoluatou in the centres. With Koula.

    The Vaega Bus Is Coming

Agree. Should have been in the side months ago.

Get them out of the club asap

Absolute Beat Up. Move on. Don't waste time/space.

    Planning for 2023

I believe now is the time to give Vaega a chance in the top side - in place of Harper. Now is the time to start preparing for next season and blooding new talent. This season is shot. Pointless continuing with players now known to be unproductive.

No Harper, please. Lacks pace, not 1st grade standard.

    Post-Game Discussion Manly v Roosters [Round 20, 2022]

Nonsense. A really decent young fellow, and will be a Manly champion for many years.

    Post-Game Discussion Manly v Roosters [Round 20, 2022]

I don't want them out - in fact fact want them back ASAP.

    Pre-Game Manly v Roosters [Round 20, 2022]

Don't agree. They are just sticking steadfastly to their moral principles. I blame the poor management much more so than those players. This debacle is attributable hugely to management. Has kiboshed Manly's season.

    Club News 2022

Those three players are NZ ers, presumably not imbued with the Polynesian (Tongan/Samoa) ISLANDER ethos.

    Shameful lack of tradition

Come off it - he abandoned Manly and ran out on his contract when he took the Murdoch dollars..

Well said. I feel exactly the same. A complete debacle. Cannot be sugar-coated.

    Club News 2022

Spot on. Unfortunately the front office of this club has been dismal for several years (e.g. the continued turnover of C.E.O.'s).

    Club News 2022

I support the players just playing football for Manly. They don't deserve to be presented publically and nationally, as proponents of something that they obviously strongly reject.

    Club News 2022

I support the nay saying players completely. The jersey decision was completely unnecessary and stupid.

Poll added - Sea Eagles Everyone in League jersey

Homosexuality is a private matter. Should not be promoted or imposed on players and supporters. Although I have paid for my ticket I will not attend on Thursday, should this debacle proceed.
