I can’t see him tanking this year. In fact watching him closely since he’s announced his departure, he seems to have upped his intensity and effort, from my perspective. Not that it’s helped for much of the time, but I do think he’s dignified enough to play out this season to his best potential.
Whilst I agree Croker is certainly not the best hooker running around, i think that summary of him is a little disrespectful. He’s more than a NSW cup player. His defence for a start, is excellent. He has a decent kicking game as well. His passing game is pretty good without being the best. Plus...
It’ll be interesting to see how he does go at the roosters. He’ll have a great coach and a pretty bloody good team around him. So @BOZO he’ll have all the ingredients for success and no excuses for failure. We shall see.
