I suppose it was more a reflection on their impact, fitness, youth, energy as opposed to their actual ages. But yes, point taken. And agree, navale must think he is cursed.
Our bench for this game is one of the most laughable I have seen from an NRL team in a long time. Has all the impact of a stick of fairy floss. To call it a Dad’s army is an insult to all us dads.
Well given we’ll be missing, Tom, Jake, TKO and possibly DCE if he doesn’t back up from Origin, we are now well and truly F U C K E D - if we weren’t already. Broncos by the length of the straight - pun intended.
How anyone could have thought he was after his pre season performances is beyond me. Makes a total laughing stock of those suggesting we should’ve just played Arthur next year instead of buying Fogarty.

That looks like a distinct possibility this year. I kind of hope we do. At least that might stir up a revolution in this club. Because at the moment it’s a piece of SHHIIIT!!
How can people be giving anyone any points out of this game. Not one of our players deserves one bit of praise. Of course the loser of a coach will find some to hand out I’m sure.
We are a couple of forwards short but other than that we should be competing WAY better. Way better. Im sorry, if one week we can turn up and play pretty well like last week and then turn in that sort of **** the next (and repeat that fuken pattern for years) then that proves we have a team that...
And please don’t tell me DCE would’ve made it all better. Our defence has been CRAP and he would’ve just made it worse. His kicking game might have been the only better thing.
I honestly have followed them for 50 years but I’m seriously thinking that I’m over it. Until we get a new coach and a whole new attitude I’m not renewing my membership
Hamoele has been rubbish. He’s showing why he’s not quite up to origin. Runs too slowly never running at full pelt. Arthur also not first grade standard.
