    The issue with brooks is he is a good player maybe a reasonable player but I don’t know what the club expected. He has played 11 years of first grade and never took a team to the semis as he cannot control a game. He is no where near a Kieran Foran level.

    Yeah Cade Cust was pretty good. I always felt he could have developed into a Aiden Sezer or a Chad Townsend type of half back. If I recall correctly he was about to be picked again in first grade in 2021 when one of DCE or Foz were out however he also got injured and missed his opportunity...

    Yeah the roosters and dragons get their Anzac Day clash each year. Bunnies and dogs get their Good Friday clash and eels and tigers the Easter Monday game. Broncos get magic round We are a pioneer and head to Vegas and make it a success then get booted out.

    The refs and bunker are the lowest level I’ve ever seen since 1980. There’s always incorrect decisions and a some interpretations however currently it is just insane how poor quality the match officials are. If you messed up as much as they do each week in any other job in the world you’d be fired.

    I agree. This was absolutely a penalty to Manly. Against Souths in the 2019 semi Jake Turbo was sent to the bin for something similar to this and it cost us the game. No penalty at all. Also in the second half before the cows second try I thought Talau was stripped but the bunker didnt even...

    Dead right Mick. The standard of the match officials is the worst in the history of the game. The decisions , the six agains, the leg ups and advantages given to Souths, Melb, Brisbane and even Penrith is just astonishing.
