    Massive turning point today

Defence under pressure does seem to be a chronic problem.

    Burbo to lock?

Waddell missing can't be bad thing. I also like what Patollo has been doing NSW Cup.

    Massive turning point today

To be fair, I think they were just cactus. Garricks missed tackle was fatigue. You could see leading up to that he was struggling. The Storm had a lot of ball today, their big fellas were full of energy and the backs took advantage. We've been the ones with all the possession in the previous...

    Massive turning point today

Yes, and Grant killed us thru the ruck all day and they are the experts at disrupting the play the ball and getting away with it

    How do we unlock Koula?

I'm not a Seibs basher so don't take this as I am but doesn't it come down to how he is being coached to play. Maybe some more imagination from the coaching staff could help.

    Pre-Game Manly V Storm [Round 5, 2025]

Damn it! I'd forgotten all about it until you brought it up again 🫤

    Pre-Game Manly V Storm [Round 5, 2025]

Yeah, it was from a hit he took from a kick off. He tried to do BFB and one of the buggers got him huge on the shoulder. To his credit, he made another 5 metres after the hit. But it was clear he came off second best.

    Pre-Game Manly V Storm [Round 5, 2025]

Yeah, he took a heavy knock and was needled at half time for an a/c I think.

    Pre-Game Manly V Storm [Round 5, 2025]

I do try to stay positive when the team is announced but this team is very ordinary. And against the Storm. I like Brown's efforts - he's crazy brave - but he rarely makes post contact metres once he gets hit. TKO has been going ok but is just solid. Tent and even Aloaia have been the momentum...

    Pre-Game Manly V Storm [Round 5, 2025]

The last I heard from them it was a hammy issue and that was the 3rd problem he's had. But given there has been no formal update, who knows.

Yeh, I was just throwing it out for some reactions @:)

    Is Mestrov really our Messiah?

Yep. I'm just sick of the whole thing.

    Is Mestrov really our Messiah?

Any chance we can arm them all? If they all go off at each other - happy days.

I think we should all write to Rubes and tell him how good he looked on the wing yesterday.

And it doesn't make sense to me that Mestrov would keep leaking to the press and risk derailing the season. It's still his job for the team to do well or HE'LL be out the door. I'm with @Chunkytuna - I wish they would all just shut up and get on with the season.

    Is Mestrov really our Messiah?

I'm a bit lost in the Cherry accusation. Who is it that is supposed to spreading stuff? Mestrov? Choc? Mrs Chez?

    Pre-Game Manly V Storm [Round 5, 2025]

Knocking down the door might be overstating it a bit, more like politely ringing the bell @:) And the numbers on the players can be a bit confusing sometimes but from what I saw today Sips would be ready for a recall and then Navale, Patolo and Sykes run and hit hard. Admittedly, I didn't see...

    Pre-Game Manly V Storm [Round 5, 2025]

I thought we were finally going to see Waddell off the bench and then he went and scored that bl*ody try :(. He'll be there. But from what I've seen in reggies, there are a couple of forwards not too far away.

    MVP: Rd 4 v Eels

    3. Haumole - ran himself into the ground today. He needs to share the load. 2. TKO - his workload has been great since he arrived 1. Ben - he has started the year with intent I reckon. He's running harder and straighter than previous years. It could be a good year for him.
