    Not necessarily. They obviously believe Dylan is guilty and has only been let off because the victim changed her story. Which, when you see the police body cam footage and her statement on the day of the incident compared to what she says in court, I'm not surprised.

    I'm not surprised at all. It's one of those cases that probably really pisses the police and DV workers off. They believe they have enough evidence to get a conviction and then the victim changes their story or can't remember what happened by the time it gets to court.
