    2015 Rumoured and confirmed signings.

I'd say it's more like $500,000 over two years rather than per year. It that were the case Manly would of been better off going for Hodgkinson who's a proven first grader for $600,000 per season.

Is there anything about this season that doesn't suck?

The mass clean out at Manly which is a long time coming!

    Clean out time

When Bozo came on as an unofficial coaching/player director he identified the major problem as being junior development which was also made evident in the media last week where Manly ranked last. If that means blooding younger players, even if in the U20s, then so be it. It may be tough for a...

Manly's Brett Stewart, Daly Cherry-Evans take steps to end feud

Further, it was Joe who was involved in signing Burgess who has also been tole to look elsewhere by Bozo. I have the feeling Toovey is being primed to take over as CEO in a very short period of time and Jo will be the sacrificial lamb. Toovey will do a great job with the likes of Bozo and...

Ashley Taylor given permission to negotiate

They are both Queenslanders. Do you really believe them after the DCE backflip?

I think the two year deal just might be to accommodate Matai, Lyon and Balin whose tenure with Manly will come to an end, allow for an extension to Brett until 2018 and maybe, just maybe, coincide with the return of Des whose time with the Dogs will come to an end in 2017.

Lifetime deals, are they worth it?

    Toovey Next Australian Coach

Could be the case so as to lessen the blow of being sacked before his current contract expires. We know Tooves is a die hard Manly legend and I doubt very much he would coach any other side in the NRL, even at a lower grade.

If that is the case then technically he is a free agent and can negotiate with any other club. If they have pulled the original contract, which he agreed to and signed, off the table then why can't his manager approach other clubs and officially state Foz is now a free agent. So far all we have...

    Toovey Next Australian Coach

http://www.triplem.com.au/sydney/sport/nrl/news/2015/6/toovey-to-become-next-australia-coach/ Now this is very interesting. Reports coming Toovey will be the next Australian Coach after Sheens accepted a coaching gig in super league. I wonder if this is has Bozo written all over it?

I'll tell you the performance of the team on the field this year probably won't win us a grand final trophy but the CRAP that's gone on off the field with our halves, coach and management would surely win us a Logie or Academy award!!!!

    Tooves comments on nrl 360....legend

I am pretty sure Tooves will remain with the club in a different capacity. If Arko says he is the Godfather of Manly, you don't mess with the Godfather!!! Wait is Tooves Italian?

I think you'll find he and the Eels agreed to removing that clause with the issue still being the clause where he can walk if Arthur was to leave or any future political unrest.

Can't say that for Chez and Foz came from our nursery and not another NRL side. Manly played them for fools by trying to bend them over a barrel only to loose out and now have to shell out a lot more money to keep them, with one already done. Infact them money they are both going to be on, $1.25...

Would of thought Tom is better suited to fullback and better off being positioned outside Brett on the wing until he takes over.

Another interesting factor is why haven't Manly signed a 5/8 yet. Since DCE re-signed, Manly have picked up a few forwards in Lewis Brown, Nate Myles and Darcy Lussick, with the latter not being officially announce, but no word on a 5/8 to partner DCE. We have mentioned the idea of moving...
