    If we are looking for a new coach at some stage, we could do worse than pick from the Ivan Cleary coaching tree which has already yielded Ciraldo and Webster. Have never heard of him, but the current assistant Ben Gardiner might be worth a look.

    Ponga suffers from playing in that shocking Knights side. I would still back him to shine in a side with playmakers around him. Looked like he picked up an injury, but might not be serious.

    I agree, and I said pretty much the same things in another thread earlier. There is nothing the Dogs are doing that we couldn’t emulate - all comes back to coaching and attitude. They also recruited smart (focussing on players with the right attitudes). Not rocket surgery.
