    We need better yardage and carries from our back 3 coming out if trouble. All the top teams seem to have this and it is a vital part of the modern game. Would say Penrith be as good as they have been without their back 3 contributions to gaining ground and getting the team on the front foot

    This may be true but at least we have to try to bridge the gap like say the Bulldogs are but that’s not going to happen with the likes of Lodge Brown etc taking up space. Maybe we need to spend some time and effort developing players and spend some time outside the 8 and come up with a 3 -5 year...

    This as long as we stick with old slow Lodge Brown Aloai and Jakewe no hope of catching up need younger fitter blokes with more leg speed hopefully we have some coming through the grades but I don’t know because I don’t follow the lower grades closely

    I don’t know why Aloai would be so popular wasn’t he the ringleader of the pride 7 should have been marched out the door then he has nothing to offer the team going forward
