    If you listen to Willy Mason, Des picks his teams based on hard stats. Regardless of what Des see's on the field he wont make a change because hes coaching the team with the best stats and its the work that needs improving. Not the players changed. I aint even joking. I think thats how he works.

    Doing it from second row too. My only issue is he does that high school footy no look pass 90% of the time and its always way to high and stifles the attack he can create. Hes got a great footy head but stuck in his habits.
