    I haven't seen a definite amount that DCE was resigned for. I saw one amount of $1.2mill which I think is just quoting what he was on in 2023. I would hope that he accepted somewhere around $700K - 800K a year based on the fact he is 34 and Manly have paid him around $10 mill over the last decade.

    Found it interesting that at the start of the season there was a lot of speculation about who would be the captain. Randall, Martin, Eddie, Higgs and Gray were all mentioned. By the end of the season Krilich was captain and went on to captain the Kangaroos in 1982.

    It is a shame that the powers that be didn't have the foresight to put it in his release that we had first right of refusal if he ever returned to Sydney. Since he was under contract that could have been part of allowing him to break his contract on "compassionate grounds".
