first time i've seen dce remotely passionate (but still composed) in an interview - you can see he was quite p'd off good on him haha

i tend to agree hey, it's reflected win the whole team's performance over that time. if anything, i think both may suffer from just trying too hard (tackling too much etc)

his ability to read the game is getting much better you know how thurston is so good at being in the right spot at the right time - so often he makes the crucial last tackle, picks up the loose ball, covers the grubber in goal - this was DCE tonight a very mature and well developed game from him...

@:D my point was that consistency is neither players' strongest quality. both have massive upside though.

MVP: Most Valuable player for [Round 11: Titans v Sea Eagles 2017]

i hope he sings the victory song with gusto tonight! i always feel a bit sorry for him seeing him in the sheds after a win, not quite part of the group. couldn't ask for a a better backup i reckon

he can definitely go missing at dummy half at times if this coincides with DCE going missing at halfback then we're in trouble luckily, tonight was not one of those times!

MVP: Most Valuable player for [Round 11: Titans v Sea Eagles 2017]

tough call this week as it was an outstanding team performance, but for mine i reckon we should pay gordon tallis to whinge about DCE before every game. thanks gordon! 3 dce 2 api 1 jake T

i read somewhere both trbojevics are shoo ins for NSW Worst case Walker and DCE picked as well, although Thurston likely to be pumped so full of drugs he'll resemble a NZ player out on the turps so that he can hit the field. if so: Matt Wright to Fback Parker to centre Hastings to HB Shaun Lane...

Sam Burgess late hit on cherry

corrupt may be a strong word for the NRL: as a whole, but you don't think they make decisions with a strong consideration of what's in the 'best financial interests of the game'?

Cor 1338 beats me, I only got a measly 1305. Surely 1338 is top 10?

snagged 34th overall for round 9 thanks to a big sea eagles win and trent merrin finally coming good

    Pringer?

haahah! seriously though at 5 errors so far for the season he's not exactly butter fingers. sat 10th in all run metres after 8 games, and a lot of those are tough yards into opposition forwards i wouldn't trade him for anyone
