    The NRL would reply upon the administrative condition that they & only they are able to register player contracts. MWFC agreed to these things when we applied for and was granted a license to play in the NRL. I wouldn't worry too much, Penn has had lawyers oversee our response.

    A whole new approach is what's needed. They have stuffed around, fiddled and strutted with the rules that much what is needed is a "back to basics" and build on it properly bit by bit from there. Anything else is like asking for some amendments to the Taxation Act.
